Job Description Description
This position will report to the AVP Pre & Post Purchase Underwriting. The Post Purchase Review Analyst will perform post purchase underwriting reviews on selected Conventional and/ or FHA loans and validate the loans comply with Agency and FAMC/ Citizens Bank lending guidelines for the Correspondent Lending Division.
• Perform post purchase underwriting risk reviews on designated loans based on lender status.
• Communicate findings with lender customers in order to resolve issues.
• Assist with pre-purchase underwriting risk reviews as needed.
• Assist Underwriting Managers and Sr. Underwriter with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1- 3 years mortgage experience in Underwriting or equivalent
• Maintain current understanding of all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, FAMC/ Citizens Bank, DU and LPA guidelines and policies.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Customer Service driven. Ability to return all customer calls and emails within 2 hours on the same day received.
• Professional dress and demeanor.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours, if needed.
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
