Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents’ overall condition and behavior. RN’s utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care. RN License is required.

LPN’s monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans. In addition, licensed practical nurses will administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes. LPN or LVN License Required.

In conjunction with the Director of Clinical Services, is responsible for development of home health programs in the general community.

Oversees day-to-day tasks within the Home Health agency, including office associate supervision, monitoring efficiency levels and productivity within the business unit, and ensuring prudent resource utilization. Develops, implements, and maintains the integrity of business functions, systems, policies, and procedures through training, ongoing support, and program development at the agency level. Facilitates efficient and effective communication with other departments to ensure successful agency operations.
