Full Job Description
SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED APARTMENT MAKE READY TECHNICIAN FOR ONE OF OUR NORTH FRISCO, TX APARTMENT COMMUNITIES.
National multi-family property management firm is seeking an experienced individual who has make ready and general maintenance experience for apartment communities.
WE ARE HIGHLY DEDICATED TO BOTH EMPLOYEES AND RESIDENTS AND TAKE A STRONG PRIDE IN WHAT WE DO! THE POSITION WILL REQUIRE SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY WITH POSSIBLE ON CALL ROTATIONS ON THE WEEKENDS.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Must have experience in painting, dry wall repair, and general maintenance
• Must be skilled in general appliance installation;
• Assist in maintaining the property in attractive, safe and quality condition
• Maintain daily quality tenant service;
• Will report to the maintenance supervisor and property manager;
• Will ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner;
• EPA UNIVERSAL or CPO license a plus
• Must be able to work unsupervised and as a team member
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have the ability and skills to perform required job functions
• Must pass a background check;
• Possess working knowledge of property management maintenance procedures;
• Have skills in: Light carpentry;
• Appliance installation
• Possess a Strong work ethic
• Have a Customer-focused attitude
