BDC Representative Responsibilities
• Greet our clients over the phone with a positive, upbeat, and courteous attitude
• Comfortably utilize different social media platforms to self-promote dealership inventory and our business to generate leads
• Learn and utilize CRM software - Training to be provided
• Sell appointments over the phone and other digital mediums
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
BDC Representative Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years sales experience, preferably in automotive, retail sales or insurance industry
• Must love offering a personalized service to customers over the phone
• Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethics
• Must have top-notch communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Must be internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of incoming leads
• Must be willing to advance in their career and earn more than minimum salary
• Bilingual plus
