General Description
• Manage day-to-day digital creative production workflow and delivery
• Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned
• Review media plans, design, development specs and define project scope and timelines
• Lead communications during the project lifecycle to ensure that external and internal stakeholders from creative, media, production and brand management are aligned
• Lead resource management, ensuring that the creative department has a manageable workload
• Field and assign requests from internal teams and/or clients
• Manage vendors by communicating and maintaining relationships (on-site and off-site vendors)
• Define, negotiate, communicate, implement, and monitor technical quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables
• Lead day-to-day client relationship and facilitate great communication between internal agency teams and clients
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client's business
• Recognize client's needs and relates those needs to work plans
• Assist with creative briefs
• Recommends sound solutions and ideas to business challenges and effectively presents the agency's recommendations and point-of-view to clients
• Ensure work is on-strategy for brand and approved by senior management
• Ensure accurate follow-up on agreements in meeting in person and via conference reports
• Ensure timelines and plans portray the bigger picture and larger marketing context
• Run status meetings and communicates status of each project's progress against scope and budget to client
• Assist with billing
Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency or brand marketing department
• Fluency in digital creative marketing best practices, IAB standards, programmatic and dynamic creative development
• Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, with diverse teams
• Hands on experience working with digital creative, including a working knowledge of the QA & trafficking processes
• Experience with QA and troubleshooting directly with publisher teams
• Curious, always seeking better ways to do something
• Extremely organized, ambitious, and proactive
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
