We are currently seeking a .Net developer with Kafka or MQ to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Prepares detailed functional specifications, design models, and system workflows from which software applications will be
developed and implemented.
Assist in the design and development of enterprise systems making specific determinations about system performance,
reliability, and scalability.
Responds promptly and professionally to requests for support in order to troubleshoot and/or maintain production systems.
Conducts system analysis and development, with limited support, to keep information systems current with changing
technologies.
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and
designing solutions to problematic programming.
Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a
quality product.
Writes, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.
Tests new or enhanced programs to ensure logic and syntax are correct.
Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions,
and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level.
Responsible for planning, processing, and performing all jobs/tasks in an efficient manner with little assistance from
supervisor.
Maintains Client IT development standards and best practices
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience
4+ years of experience in .NET Technologies with Kafka or MQ
Experience in Microsoft .NET technologies for development as well as support
Experience in queuing mechanism like Kafka or MQ
Exposure to SQL
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues where team needs help
Other Preferred Skills
Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain complex applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment.
Experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
Health Insurance industry experience will be a plus
