JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Production Associates – Bowling Green
FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Supervisor, responsible for
efficient hand assembly of product.
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strong commitment to the Company's quality policy.
2. Respect of and adhere to the Company's confidentiality policy.
3. Maintain a courteous and professional approach with all fellow employees.
4. Observe all Company policies and procedures.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Receive and review order as applicable.
2. Check in-process material against order.
3. After sample is produced and approved, run order and unitize.
4. Fill out all paperwork completely and correctly as applicable.
5. Maintain safe work habits and environment.
6. Keep area clean and neat.
7. Produce quality product while maintaining effective production and quality standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION

8. Comply with all special instructions (i.e. bundling, unitizing, etc.).
9. Must know procedures for job running and be able to determine if product used is acceptable.
10. Learn and utilize computer system when required.
11. Perform all tasks assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Physical dexterity required.
3. Mechanically inclined.
4. Self-starter, team player and dependable.
5. Must be able to read ruler.
6. Some high school education required.
7. General manufacturing experience preferred.
8. Demonstrate competence in performing the above functional responsibilities.
