Midwest ENT is currently seeking an individual to join our Insurance/Billing Team.
Responsibilities: Look up patient insurance benefits and go over the benefits with patients prior to their appointment, file insurance claims, work aging insurance claims and insurance rejected claims, run weekly and monthly reports, work the collections accounts, and assist with patient/insurance calls and questions. Assist the receptionists with checking in and out patients. Must be able to multi-task and have work experience in the medical insurance/billing field. This is a Monday-Friday position with benefits. We would prefer a full time employee but would consider part time.
