Must:
Have experience with punch outs
Have a smart phone to receive text and email
Be able to paint
Be organized, self-motivated, dependable and punctual
Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion online
Keep the grounds free of debris and trash
Be able to Caulk
Be able to Replace Window screens and blinds
Repair drywall
Remove bulk trash (including appliances)
Clear drains and sewer lines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Will not be required to enter occupied units.
Experience:
• apartment maintenance technician: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
• Drivers (Required)
