Scrubin Uniforms, Inc. is a national uniform company that manufactures and distributes healthcare uniforms. We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to work inside of our corporate headquarters in Tampa, FL. This position will provide real-time support to our B2B customers. These customers include hospitals, medical groups, home health, dental & eye clinics and universities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be a self-starter and a "can do" attitude are essential. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented atmosphere and be highly organized and responsive to customer's needs quickly. Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, are required.
Prior experience with B2B sales, account support, and customer service is required.
Job responsibilities and skills:
• Strong organizational and follow up skills to continually serve the needs of our B2B customers.
• Ability to communicate with customers via multiple platforms to include email and phone.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
• Deliver weekly reports to the management team detailing sales activity and customer feedback
Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $14.00 to $16.00/hour plus commission and / or bonus
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
The chosen candidate will possess a strong "can do, will do" attitude. This person will need to be an active team player and capable of working in tandem with other departments to problem solve and increase overall customer satisfaction.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
