Customer Support Representative I - Tampa location
$16-$17 an hour
Doers Window s a subsidary of PGT has aquired the commercial line of service from long time Tampa Bay Windown Manufacturer, NewSouth Window Solutions. Doers is currently seeking a long term contract candidate to assist current staff member Bryan Cruz in the commercial intake department to assist, organize and research sub contractor and commercial installer needs at job site facilities.
Candidate will need to posess strong customer service skills to interact with inbound calls from sub contractors and installers with empathy yet assertiveness to investigate their current need, have the ability to obtain information regarding their material supply list and document accordingly. MS Office skills requred with basic working knowledge of Execl Oulook functions. Candidate will also be working with internal propriatary software database for record keeping and inventory purposes.
The main goal with the new hire function will be to assist current employee Brian Cruz in the investigative process and material search. Quality of call and search will superseed the inbound call volume.
