ATTORNEY
A busy insurance-defense firm seeking an Attorney with at least 1 year of experience to join its wonderful team in Tampa and handle defense of first-party insurance.
The right candidate will have the ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-task, be detail-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing pleadings, discovery demands, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents
• Preparing timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities
• Ability to prioritize work load based on deadlines
• Communicating effectively with senior attorneys and paralegals
• Ability to meet billing requirements
