• Job Description: *
• _Summary of essential job functions_*
Perform operation duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance and punctuality. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, co-workers and the general public.
• _Minimum requirements_*
Set up a variety of injection molds in various injection molding presses. Complete set ups that will produce molded parts in compliance with customer specifications
Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
Perform other duties as assigned by department Supervisor.
• Responsibilities: *
• Review production schedules, Set-up Injection Molds, robots, , etc. to ensure press is ready for start-up.
• Perform basic machine and equipment maintenance.
• Shut-down of machines.
• Assist with start-ups.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Stage molds for set up
• Set up workstations for optimum work flow
• Must have forklift experience
• Ability to speak, read, write basic English/Bilingual and count proficiently
• _Must have excellent visual skills, color vision, depth perception, near and far acuity. Must be able to lift, push and/or pull up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Must be able to bend, reach, walk and stand up to 80% of the workday._*
