General: Meet and comply with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, work performance, quality, and attendance. Responsible for the induction of bundles using the tilt tray sorter. Ensure all bundles are properly scanned and placed onto the tray. Monitor workflow to all process areas and advise when maximum capacity is reached. Responsible for assisting plant packing as needed. Will be required to work overtime as necessary. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by a supervisor or team leader.
Must be willing and able to actively participate in plant-wide safety activities.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Language Skills : Required to read and write English and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed verbal and/or written instructions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to occasionally kneel, step to 14", and squat; frequently walk, bend, and go up and down stairs; constantly stand, grasp, and reach forward. The employee is required to constantly lift up to 15 lbs, frequently lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 30 lbs, and frequently push up to 30 lbs. Should the need arise to lift, carry, or push heavier weights than those listed, the employee is expected to utilize teamwork to accomplish the task. Possess the ability to hear, talk, see, and distinguish between colors. In addition, this position requires cross-training in other areas of the facility.
