Full Job Description
The Pawlowski // Mastrilli Law Group has an immediate opening for an Experienced Litigation Paralegal / Legal Secretary at our growing Plaintiff firm.

Most of our client facing interactions have been transitioned to virtual settings, and mask are mandatory for meetings.
Compensation will be based on your experience level, efficiency, knowledge and demonstrated competency.
Position Overview: This Paralegal position will be supporting various attorneys and case managers with litigation cases. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining files (paper and digital). Efficient and accurate in drafting legal documents, calling on and scheduling legal witnesses, scheduling Mediations and Depositions and Attorneys. Maintaining updates to the respective staff and attorney calendars and case management system. A high level of independent self regulation and accountability is required to succeed and thrive in this role. The typical work day is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with a scheduled hour lunch. There may be occasional need for additional hours due to cse load.
Position Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years Paralegal / Legal Secretary experience required, minimum 1 year Plaintiff / Personal Injury firm experience preferred
• Bilingual is a PLUS, but not necessary
• Experience and ability to handle phone calls in a professional manner, even when callers may not maintain a professional tone
• Must have sufficient computer skills, imputing data is a big role in this position
• Must be proficient in typing with a minimum 50 WPM
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task with accuracy
• Must pay high attention to detail
• Must be reliable and excellent communicator
• Ability to clearly disseminate information in a concise manner between attorney, doctor offices, clients, and staff
• Sharp thinker and good problem solving skills
