Inbound Sales Work From Home
As an inbound sales representative or bilingual inbound sales representative working from the comfort of your home, you’ll take calls from potential customers to understand their unique insurance needs– no cold calling! Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and w e’ll provide the office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, you’ll have the support of a collaborative, virtual team and ongoing coaching.
Must-have qualifications
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
• One or more years of college education or relevant work experience, which must include:
• Customer service, sales and/or influencing others
• Fast paced and changing environment
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills
• Must live within 60 miles of Tampa, FL
Pay Rate: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience, plus:
An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours
Training: Multiple start dates in October, November and December; Monday - Friday; 10:00AM-6:45PM EST for 4 weeks
Work schedule: 3 Options to choose from, all include a weekend day
Work from home office details
• Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
• Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up
• Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
• All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
