Job Description
The 3CX Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level sales/telesales role that will be responsible for working closely with 3CX ‘s Business Development team to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the 3CX sales team. Duties of the Sales Development Representative include:
• Making outbound calls to prospective 3CX clients
• Scheduling appointments between prospects and 3CX sales people
• Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
Qualifications
The 3CX Sales Development Representative (SDR) should possess the following skills:
• 1-3 years ( MAX ) experience prospecting in a technical B2B environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Basic networking knowledge (e.g. the ability to discuss basic technology such as IP addresses and DNS).
• Proficiency with Google G Suite, internet tools and research
• Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
• Energy and desire to make numerous (50+) phone calls daily
• Hunter mentality in seeking out new business
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
Additional Information
“Day in the Life”
On any given day the Sales Development Representative may be:
“Cold calling” suspects and setting appointments for the Business Development team
Location
Sales Development Representative positions are available in the 3CX office in Tampa, Florida.
Relocation reimbursement will not be offered.
Compensation
The Sales Development Representative role will be compensated on a mix of base salary and bonuses.
The Salary = $36,000/yr
Bonus @ plan = $12,000
Bonus for overachievers = $24,000
Upward Mobility
