Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Answer phone calls the Chick-fil-A way and serves caller to the best of abilities.
• Keep the office safe and clean by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Support Admin by uploading and updating documents and other tasks as needed.
• Input assigned invoices into Chick-fil-A system.
• Print and assemble packets for Onboarding & Delivery Drivers.
• Help maintain the filing system for HR with new hires, write-ups, and offboarding.
• Update HR online records in regards to TM referrals and interview stats.
• Send email confirmations for initial interviews and Zoom interviews.
• Send appropriate email rejection to candidates.
• Upload documents into Team Member’s files through PeopleMatter.
Chick-fil-A Tampa Stadium Member Duties & Responsibilities:
• Utilize CORE 4 model: eye contact, smile, speak friendly & always say “My Pleasure”.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures.
• Align everyday practices with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• All other duties as assigned.
