Pin Chasers Cooks- Cooks here at Pin Chasers assist our chefs in preparing our delicious food on a nightly basis. They are responsible for providing great customer service to our guest and staff, handle money transactions and take orders when needed, opening/closing daily kitchen operations, prep work, cleaning, cooking, training, assisting and learning from our chefs, live up to the Pin Chasers mission, playbook, and promise! At Pin Chasers we are always invested in the best people and service. Our cooks are always in a constant training process as we prepare them to grow into a Chef.
Pin Chasers Chefs- The difference maker in our Ten Pin Grill Franchise and the head of daily operations in our kitchens. Chefs at Pin Chasers are held to the highest standards on many levels and tasked with multiple jobs daily. They are responsible for all the food and food quality that comes out of our kitchens. Chefs will cook majority of our orders on a daily shift basis and train other members to do so as well. Chefs are also responsible for providing great customer service to our guest and staff, handle money transactions and take orders when needed, opening/closing daily kitchen operations, prep work, cleaning, training new staff, food prep schedules, being prepared for daily operations and special groups, new menu ideas, food cost impact, live up to the Pin Chasers mission, playbook, promise, and most importantly ensuring the quality of all of our Ten Pin Grill recipes and orders daily.
