Inventory & Online Sales Specialist
Position Overview
Office Furniture 911 offers a complete solution for sourcing, purchasing and delivery of used commercial office furniture. Headquartered in Tampa we focus on Central Florida, however, we have clients and the capabilities of servicing our customers needs across the United States. We provide turnkey services for the entire life-cycle of office furniture.

The Inventory & Online Sales Specialist will perform inventory control activities for our used furniture products while maintaining live updates to our website portal. Through digital and manual counting you will identify and develop inventory reports in order provide accurate details to our internal sales team. This dual role will be responsible for online sales via our website portal.
The ideal candidate will possess keen written and verbal communication skills along with an Associates Degree in business or related field. We prefer this team member possessing at least two years of experience in an inventory management role. The ability to use a computer, data entry systems and Microsoft Office Applications are essential. You need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment. Experience with budget management is also key.
Responsibilities for Inventory & Online Sales Specialist
• Carefully inspect and take photos of new inventory
• Track incoming and outgoing products
• Provide daily up to date inventory control reports
• Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
• Updating database with incoming and outgoing products
• Work closely with the owner with pricing the product
• Communicate with the warehouse manager to dispose of obsolete inventory
• Work with a keen sense of urgency and customer service on website leads
Qualifications for Inventory Specialist

• 2+ years of experience in an inventory role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
• Sales experience is a plus
• Flexible hours to include after 5pm on weekdays and Saturdays
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with budget management
• Attention to detail to identify defective products
