Full Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you will:
Play a key role in the implementation of new data integrations and interfaces by coordinating directly with our clients and technology vendors and provide ongoing file data management support. You will ensure that integrations run smoothly, and that troubleshooting is handled in a timely and efficient manner. In partnership with team members and in line with the project plan, you will interact directly with the information technology and implementation teams on a daily basis and will gain a full understanding of our data structure and file layout.
A Day in the Life:
• Coordinate and track customer data integrations
• Initial data requests
• Maintain file and interface specifications
• Support new API and custom integration development
• Facilitate proactive and timely communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain dashboard of integration status
• Proactively work with other internal departments to document and track upcoming integrations
• Onboard and implement integrations with new external Vendors
Participate as a key member of the core implementation team charged with successfully implementing and supporting data integrations by serving as a lead subject matter expert
• Serve as main point of contact and application subject matter expert for the client during the integration process
• Assesses, interprets, and analyzes data requirements and facilitates the management of end user expectations
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and QA as needed in coordination with the Testing Team
• Provide QA on claims, EMR, Provider, Pharmacy, ADT, LAB and other file types * Coordinate with technology vendor and testing team to validate and test all integrations
• Manages relationships with external vendors to streamline the implementation process
• Manage & prioritize multiple projects and support tickets simultaneously
• Serve as a technical contact for customers to provide linkage between the customer, Navvis and vendor partners
• Attend weekly customer and vendor meetings, taking notes and executing on action items
• Serve as a technical escalation point for the customer for any technical issues * Produce status reports on open items
• Produce project and incident response plans
What success looks like in this role:
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and tools
• Understanding/Experience with healthcare data (Clinical/EHR, Claims, etc.)
• Implementation of healthcare IT software
• Strong working knowledge of Claims and Clinical data
• Understanding of interfaces * Knowledge of population health a plus
• Accustomed to Customer-facing roles
• Ability to speak to all levels within an organization, including C Suite
• Outstanding communication skills
• Written and verbal
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to embrace change and company growth
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proven experience in people, risk and change management.
Requirements We are excited about you if you have these things:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred * Minimum of 3 years training experience in a healthcare setting, experience training on EHR, Lightbeam, or other population health platform preferred * Knowledge of healthcare and Health Insurance industry standards and regulations * Methodical and thorough approach to problem troubleshooting and solving * Ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize day to day workload * Motivated by quality achievement * Detail oriented, strong analytical mind set * Experience in requirements analysis and reviews * Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
