Full Job Description
Type: Contract – Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: Hourly, $15 hr.
• Take incoming calls from field adjusters.
• They will enter information from them and input it into the system.
• Print letters and also help scan documents and also putting mailers together.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Must have 2+ years of recent customer service/call center experience
• MS Office proficient- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Effectively communicates using proper grammar and punctuation written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• Call Center: 3 years (Required)
