Full Job Description
One of our top clients’ in the Sarasota area is seeking an accounting specialist with great personality. This Accounts Receivable Specialist will join a team that work well together and interact with a lot of people. Reference and background check will be required.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Duties:
• Assist with the month end close process as relates to accounts receivable, cash, and similar
• Prepare and track customer invoices
• Post accounts receivable cash receipts
• Perform timely collection activities, including documentation of all correspondence
• Develop relationships with customers to facilitate collections efforts
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Maintain accounts receivable aging reports
Accounts Receivable Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong bookkeeping experience, including understanding how transactions flow through the balance sheet and P&L
• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, customer collections, and cash application
• Strong Microsoft applications skills
• Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
• Superb communications skills required
