Full Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure 100% accuracy of file information and complete entry of any information not available at intake.
• Order payoffs.
• Review all lien searches, estoppel letters, taxes, payoffs, or other matters and escalate those that require special handling.
• Monitor effective and good-through dates through system tasking to ensure the file is updated for closing.
• Facilitate communication between parties and obtain all necessary details for an efficient and accurate closing.
• Manage a pipeline with multiple clients and effectively perform on every client expectation, timeline, and goal.
• Ability to effectively manage a closing pipeline of 50-70 files monthly.
• Communicate with lenders, prepare and distribute lender title packages, obtain closing instructions within required timelines.
• Monitor and maintain client websites.
• Schedule and arrange closings.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Customer service oriented, with the strong drive to meet goals
• Excellent product knowledge, client relations, and presentation skills.
• Strong follow up skills and Attention to detail.
• Ability to adjust well to change.
• Be comfortable in a team environment with consistent cross-training and teamwork.
• Experience in Soft Pro is a plus.
Required education/experience:
• High school or equivalent / Processing: 3 years
