America's Car-Mart has a full-time Field Collections Account Representative position currently available at our Owensboro dealership. Starting pay for this job is $11.75/hour and the essential job duties include:
· Contacting delinquent customers in person to set up appointments to discuss their accounts.
· Counseling customers and reviewing their financial situation to establish ways to bring their account current.
· Delivering the highest level of customer service and demonstrating our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Candidate must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug test.
