MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
MUST OWN TOOLS
Work orders - completing tasks and requests made by tenants to repair and/maintain properties. May include repairs and/or installation of appliances, doors, locks, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Rent Ready - Ensuring each vacant unit is made ready to rent. This involves but isn't limited to; painting, drywall, patching holes, painting, cabinets & countertops (repair and/or installation), appliances ( repair and/or installation), flooring (carpet, tile, linoleum), lawn care & landscaping, etc.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
