Minimum Years of Experience :
10 year(s) of progressive roles leading IT transformation that include operations, policy, and business strategy.

Additional Educational Preferences :
MBA preferred/Further Business experience. Computer Science, or similar.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas:
• Establishing and developing an overall strategy for performance testing for products/applications across various technology stakes within an Agile environment, including mobile apps and mobile devices;
• Providing thought leadership on performance testing tools, standards, guidelines, and principles that can work for distributed project teams;
• Evaluating, selecting, implementing, and continual review of tools for performance testing, monitoring and analysis using such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics with reporting capabilities;
• Working with open source performance tools preferred, such as jMeter and Selenium;
• Leading and developing performance automation engineers within an onshore/offshore vendor lead model;
• Developing standards for quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
• Making data-driven recommendations to enhance operational excellence, leading the implementation of new processes and activities in the performance management discipline;
• Providing specialist insight into performance strategies and tools;
• Establishing the creation and execution of Performance Testing; publishing test results and data, including but not limited to, monitoring data, application & server logs; audits the results of automation engineering team;
• Providing a standardized approach for sharing performance tuning guidance to stakeholders;
• Developing a measurement strategy to define, execute, and measure against cost/benefit analysis for performance testing;
• Demonstrating interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience;
• Collaborating with senior level staff/partners and other departments within IT domains establishing testing standards and processes used are compliant with firm standards;
• Communicating with and influencing multiple levels of leadership, emphasizing the development of effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and supporting global initiatives to advance IT capabilities;
• Demonstrating proven ability to lead large, diverse, and distributed teams;
• Promoting a culture of innovation, inclusive leadership, and continuous improvement; and,
• Managing resources across the Testing Center of Excellence, while continuously evaluating and influencing outside vendor testing, and coordinating with other technology areas for technical developments and strategies.
