Our national network of 60 offices, two national recruiting centers, and 2,000 associates support our ability to meet the needs of customers of all sizes, including 70% of the Fortune 100.Join the Kforce family and we will support you with expert training, innovative tools, an amazing culture, and a team of Great People that will cheer you on your road to success!SUMMARY:Under direct supervision, perform administrative duties and coordinate the day-to-day tasks related to the Learning and Development team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manage the administration of Learning Management System (LMS) tasks, including but not limited to, reporting, library and account maintenance* Educate LMS support staff and monitor training support email inboxes.* Identify areas of opportunities in processes and procedures for LMS administration.* Manage the administration of all learning and development tools and technologies, including but not limited to, reporting, library and account maintenance.* Apply business and system analysis techniques to determine all learning system functionality.* Design and develop instructional materials including quick reference guides, teaching aids, assessments, training activities, videos, etc.* Schedule training programs and prepare training status reports, assessments and evaluation tools.* Coordinate and organize enrollment of associates, assembles necessary program materials and manages program/event logistics.* Provide direction to employees on proper usage of online training tools.* Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment where collaboration and the knowledge transfer process are critical for success.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:* None requiredKEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills* Demonstrate technical competence to quickly learn and utilize various applications and tools* Demonstrate skills in leveraging Learning Management Systems effectively* Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Ability to work with all levels of management* Demonstrate critical and creative thinking* Build credibility and trust with partners and customers* Mind-set of continuous improvement, adapts quickly to change and ability to rapidly assimilate new information* Demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service, collaborate effectively and maintain positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment* Commitment and adherence to firm's core values* Exhibit professional and considerate demeanor, lobbying and quality listening skillsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1-3 years of relevant working experience.CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES:* None requiredTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:* Up to 10%Kforce is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
