Responsibilities
- Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
- Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
- Manage and review general ledger
- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
- Maintain quality historical records by filing documents - Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
- Command of Basic Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping Functions
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Experience using accounting software
- 3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper $19-$22 per Hourly Employment Type: Temporary
