MCS has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Project Manager. Duties will include responsibility for the successful completion of the project from transition meetings with sales to close out of documentation and customer billing. The PM will follow project management principles to ensure the project goals of time, cost, and quality are met or exceeded.
MCS has an opening for a Construction Project Manager in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for this to be a full time, permanent position with a benefits package.

Responsibilities
• 10+ years in the Telecommunications field.
• Managing the acquisition of material, equipment, labor, and services to successfully complete the project.
• Tasks include preparing meeting agendas, conducting meetings and conference calls, producing a project schedule, reviewing the scope of work, updating the project team progress, performing quality control functions, and monitoring and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of best cabling practices/BICSI Standards/industry standards as well as code,
• Must be able to read and understand prints, specs, and all related job documents.
• Knowledge of Safety practices, ability to use hand tools.  Ability to pull, terminate, test, troubleshoot, and repair Cat5, Cat6, Coax, and Fiber Optic cabling.
• Must possess basic industry used hand tools. Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, smartphone.
Desired Skills
• 7-10+ years of experience.
• BICSI RCDD Certified preferred
• Security Clearance Management experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to read blueprints, the scope of work & contract specs
