This is a remote position.
SPECIFIC job Duties include:
• Provide primary legal counsel in many varied facets of corporate legal work, including substantial M&A, client and vendor contract drafting and negotiation, contract dispute resolution and collections
• Work with outside counsel as appropriate
• Regulatory oversight and compliance
• Corporate Secretary
• Other related projects and duties as requested
Requirements:
• Highly Intelligent, Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3.5 GPA and 1200 SAT (29 ACT)
• Law Degree from accredited Law School; minimum 3.5 GPA
• Florida Bar member in good standing
• 3-5​ years’ experience in corporate law
• Highly organized, extremely detail oriented, and leans towards perfectionism
• Outstanding negotiating skills; ability to “see around corners” and anticipate multiple moves in advance
• Positive and motivated team player
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to problem-solve, analyze potential solutions and use good sound judgment to make decisions
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment
