We are currently in search of a Parts Department Clerk that believe in doing meaningful work every day. Sound fun? We think so! Responsibilities
•Able to receive/ship items properly in the system with all necessary paperwork.
•Updating the status of a purchase order in our system, as the order is confirmed by the vendor, shipped, and received.
•Verify and maintain quantities of products in locations (min/max).
•Perform Inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
•Fulfill orders at will call window.
•Package and prepare paperwork for daily shipments going via UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments.
•Moving and loading/unloading parts with a forklift.
•Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
The essential functions of this role include:
•wearing steel toe shoes
•standing for 8 hours at one time
•working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

•Inventory Control Experience (1 year of experience is required)
•Ordering experience
•Computer Skills (2 years of experience is required)

•Quick Books preferred

•Sit down Forklift (1 year of experience is required)
