We receive thousands of detailed membership applications (hot leads) every week from professional women who want to join our association. The job of the Client Relations Coordinator is to follow up and enroll the interested applicants.
Job Description:
As a Client Relations Coordinator your primary responsibility will be contacting and enrolling new applicants through a very soft, scripted, one-call close approach. 95% of the membership coordinator's day is spent on the phones speaking to new applicants. Daily responsibilities will include:
• Contacting a diverse mix of highly interested, qualified, and English speaking membership applicants by phone across the world - no manual dialing, or system does the work for you.
• Conducting a short professional qualifying phone interview with each applicant to gather their detailed information. Building rapport with the applicant is also essential.
• At the conclusion of the interview, presenting our membership benefits, programs, and pricing.
• CLOSING applicants on enrolling in a membership program.
This is NOT a telemarketing position, there is NO cold calling. As a Client Relations Coordinator you will only be speaking with only highly interested and qualified prospects who have completed a lengthy online membership application to join our organization.
This IS a sales focused position - an emphasis is placed on how many new members you enroll. Unlike other sales job - this isn't a hard sell, and we value new applicant and member experience greatly. This makes the position a great fit not only for seasoned sales professional, but also individuals with any background in customer-centric/customer-facing roles. We've found that professionals with a background in Customer Service, Administration, Marketing, PR, Business Development, Food Service, HR, Real Estate, Education, Law, and many others tend to thrive in this role.
All new Client Relations Coordinators go through our paid training program which lasts around 3 days. During this time you will be taught all the necessary skills and given all the tools needed to succeed in your new role. We also offer ongoing training and support to make sure you always have the knowledge and ability to excel in your role.
Position Requirements:
We're looking for motivated professionals who have a positive work ethic, who are well spoken, coachable, have attention to detail, and posses the willingness and desire to succeed. Furthermore, the ideal Client Relations Coordinator will meet the following criteria:
• MUST HAVE A COMPUTER/LAPTOP with INTERNET Access
• Must have a USB Headset to connect to computer
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. However, we are open to newly minted professionals (college graduates) who are real go-getters.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially on the phone.
• Able to build rapport and participate in engaging conversations with potential members.
• Can follow a sales script.
• Be outgoing, personable, and positive.
• Strong work ethic with the desire to succeed.
• Comfortable working in a low pressure sales and call center environment.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn how to use a basic CRM system (we will teach you).
• Basic technological skills - must be able to use the Internet for basic job functions.

• Competitive base salary (DOE), high commissions with weekly payouts (based on new members enrolled), and daily/weekly/monthly bonuses.
• Uncapped, six figure earning potential. Median compensation range for first year membership coordinators is $50-$175k/year. The more members you enroll, the more you make!
