That’s Hill York at work: Combining a pioneering history and industry-leading service and innovation to benefit a new generation of Florida customers.  Job Summary: The Controls Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing multiple building automation installation projects and maintaining positive customer relationships. Controls Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:  Coordinate and manage multiple automation installation projects while remaining very organized. Maintain project accounting and contracts. Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with members of the company, clients, subcontractorsand other contacts. Anticipate and be able to meet short and/or unpredictable deadlines. Complete projects on schedule and within budget with minimal supervision Understand and conform to company policies and procedures. Recognize and utilize the company’s resources effectively and efficiently. Plan, organize and carry out assigned job responsibilities within established time parameters. Maintain confidentiality. Conduct self-study to improve knowledge of required job skills and stay abreast of industry changes.
