Instructor/-Customer Care Trainer-in office, Tampa FL, 8 hour shift between 8 am-8 pm depending on business needs (but typically standard business hours)
Responsible for facilitating performance-based learning events focused primarily on concrete skills related to operations processes.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Facilitates learning events that are performance-based in nature and across multiple platforms.
• Assists in rapid course development methodologies.
• Exercises classroom management, including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary.
• Assists in completion of service level agreements, participates and assists in identifying training needs to determine appropriate learning solutions.
• Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction.
• Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness.
• Keeps technical skills updated.
Requires:
• BA/BS in related field
• or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• 1 year experience in a front line operations position preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and/or internationally (may occur in 6-10 consecutive weeks) required.
