Full Job Description
We are looking to add a few experienced Freight Brokers and Sales Agents to our team in the next few months. You must have at least a year of experience and some existing truckload Customers. Our leadership team will work with you on creating a role that has you doing the things you enjoy doing and turning those things you don't like to do over to one of our experienced and dedicated operations team members. We know that not all Brokers really enjoy the Cradle to Grave process and so we developed a great operations team to handle that side of the business. The position we are offering is a work from home or our Tampa office. We have been working with our agents and brokers remotely for over 20 years and have a pretty good handle on it. We keep our remote team connected with Sales Conference Calls, Zoom Meetings, Company Newsletters, our Blogs, and our Website! None of these calls or meetings are mandatory, but available when they may be covering topics you care about.
We look at all of our team members as partners in our Company. Our mission is to provide the support and opportunities that each request. We can offer new business opportunities through our existing house business, warm leads, new modes for existing Customers, and operational support giving you more time to build your business. Bring your active and trusted customers with you and maximize you're earning potential by committing to more loads and new modes such as LTL, Air, and Intermodal Services. Our operations team will handle any extra loads you can secure or all of them giving you more time to sell and build relationships. You know what it takes to do this job and we are here to offer assistance when you need it and we understand that not everyone is always out for more and more! When you have enough to handle that's when the quality of life becomes more important!
