Responsibilities:
• Achieve direct selling objectives by leveraging product and industry knowledge to sell software solutions and professional services through cold calling and other direct lead generation activities
• Work in partnership with sales management, account managers and marketing to achieve/exceed total sales objectives
• Qualify and close prospective new/existing customers by developing an understanding of customer business needs and risk and compliance challenges
• Learn and maintain a deep understanding of solutions, customers, and the internal audit industry by participating in formal/informal training sessions and self-directed learning
• Effectively mentor Inside Sales Representatives to ensure they are maximizing their revenue generating activities
Qualifications:
• A minimum of five years of inside sales, customer service or related experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10%
