Full Job Description
OBJECTIVE: To answer and direct incoming phone calls and coordinate general office activities, assist in hiring caregivers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (including, but not limited to)
· Able to work in fast paced office setting
· Assist with medical claims and inputting claims into website.
· Must assist with data entry and scheduling with current database.
· Assist with posting payments and collecting payments form overdue accounts/invoices.
· Answer and screen incoming phone calls in a pleasant, courteous manner.
· Perform general office functions such as coordinating mail, data input, and file maintenance more fully described as follows:
· Creating and sending Client welcome packets
· Creating and sending prospect information
· Preparing client and caregiver folders
· Coordinate caregiver interviewing schedule.
· Creating new hire packets and employee handbooks
· Verifying complete caregiver information in file after hiring
· Complete caregiver reference checks and criminal background check
· Ensure all caregiver employment paperwork is completed properly and filed according to policy.
· Excel within the Customer Service arena at Senior Helpers.
· Collect caregiver timesheets and put in alphabetical order by caregiver.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of two years in an office admin setting.
· Looking for a self-starter who can use creative ideas when needed.
· Must have a positive energy, possess computer and technology knowledge.
· Looking for dedicated, loyal and solid person who is interested in growing with the Company
· Must be very organized and complete projects with a sense of urgency.
· Must be able to adapt to changes with professional maturity to move forward quickly.
· Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with callers and internal staff.
· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
· Must be quick learner.
· Team player, excellent verbal and written skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills.
