Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic Construction Materials Testing & Inspection Project Manager that will complement our existing successful engineering team and assist in managing large public-sector projects. You will have the opportunity to grow and advance your career while working on the state’s largest and most interesting projects.
Primary Responsibilities
· Maintain safety as a Priority in all Job Functions.
· Provide cost proposals and estimates for clients.
· Manage resources.
· Recruiting new hires.
· Train and mentor staff
· Assessing quality both internally and externally.
· Manage projects.
· Develop and maintain client relationships.
· Review field reports for technical accuracy and quality.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in complex heavy civil projects, preferably in Florida
• Professional Engineer registration is a plus
• Has the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and staff.
• Acts with agility and anticipates changes in business conditions and ensures appropriate communication and action is taken to manage these changes.
• Displays an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
• Is aggressive, assertive, energic, competitive, and humble
• Promotes a culture of client satisfaction through communication, accountability, and execution
