Great Southern Equipment was founded sixty years ago by Ray Ferwerda Sr., when Florida was rapidly expanding, and he saw an opportunity to be a part of that growth by providing construction and road building equipment, parts and service. In the mid 1990's, his son Ray Ferwerda Jr., became President of this great company and is now in charge of the business, which opened a seventh location in 2017. Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative experience
• Proficient with 10 Key
• Experience with MS Outlook & Excel is a must
• Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Responsibilities
• Receptionist Duties
• Coordinate Office Functions; schedule copier repair, a/c maintenance, greet customers, etc.
• Enter time entry into Srvice Work Orders for mechanics.
• Send out Rental Documents to Customers to obtain signed contracts and Insurance documents.
• Maintain Customer Certificates of Insurance
