We are a family oriented busy medical clinic focusing on natural treatment of recent motor vehicle accidents.
We are looking for a front desk receptionist to join our energetic, growing organization to help us ensure our patients receive only the best experience.
Each day you will be:
• Scheduling patient's doctor and therapy appointments by phone and in person
• Talking directly to paralegal and insurance case managers
• Maintaining patient charts and weekly numbers
• At least two years in a Customer Service Representative role in the medical office setting
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of attention to detail and multitasking
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
