Job Description
Seeking an experienced Staffing Sales Executive of direct hire & contract to hire placements to join a growing and thriving firm in the Tampa Bay area. The Direct Hire Sales Executive will develop and grow a book of business by marketing services for direct hire and contract to hire staffing solutions. The Direct Hire Sales Executive meets, develops and maintains new & existing partnerships with C-level executives, hiring managers and key decision makers that drive business and sales. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished staffing sales leader with a proven record of consistent achievement and account retention within the staffing industry.
Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for developing and growing a client base for direct hire staffing
· Creates new business opportunities for full time positions with new and existing clients
· Partners closely with Direct Hire Recruitment to ensure excellent client service, delivery and placement of qualified top talent
· Meets, develops and maintains new & existing partnerships with C-level executives, hiring managers and key decision makers that drive direct hire business and sales
· Networks and participates in industry trade events, associations, and affiliations to increase the company presence within the professional, finance & accounting, and technical communities.
· Responsible for sales and business development activities to achieve maximum potential including, but not limited to, cold calling, in-person meetings, social media prospecting, creating defined target goals, and furthering the company’s position in the direct hire staffing marketplace
· Researches and reviews market analysis to determine customer needs and target sales potential
· Ensures complete and accurate documentation of all activities into ATS and applicable programs
· Responsible for weekly progress meetings to review pipeline, activity and obstacles
· Participates in training, coaching, and performance evaluations as necessary under the sales program
Skills and Competencies:
· Must have experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry
· Must be a proven sales hunter with an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, and a strong drive to succeed
· 2+ years of successful direct hire placement experience in the professional, accounting & finance, and technical verticals; or 4+ years of a combination of successful direct hire and contingent placements
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high sense of urgency
· Readily able to produce and generate sales in both the local and national markets (unlimited territory); portable book of business preferred but not required
· Possess a strong professional and client facing presence to represent the Company at industry association meetings, business and networking meetings
· Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution skills
· Proven success of sales, business development, and account management
