Auto Parts Counter Specialist
Mygrant Glass is looking for an Auto Parts Counter Specialist that will shine in handling the following responsibilities:
• You will possess the skill to enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process customer returns
• You will possess the skill to process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits
• You will possess the skill to accurately enter data
• You will possess the skill to interact positively with other Mygrant Glass employees
• You will possess the skill to assist with inventory – you will interact with operation warehouse inventory control
• You will possess the skill to positively interact with costumers via telephone and in person to provide information and assistance
• You will possess the skill to show the highest level of customer service
• You will possess the skill that reflects customer support equals customer success by being friendly, hardworking, and a problem solver
• You will possess the skill that shows you are a customer service expert
Qualifications:
• Superior telephone and people skills
• Friendly voice
• Superior communication skills
• You must be organized
• You must be multi – tasking
• General knowledge of Microsoft products
• Type 30 wpm
• Excellent at resolving customer conflict
• Willing to learn
• Patience
• Attentiveness
