The Customer Service Agent will provide information to callers in response to questions and other queries.
Core Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Responsible for assisting an average of 45-55 callers per day
• Resolves issues to the satisfaction of the customer
• Follows through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma / GED required
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in customer service
• 1+ years’ experience within healthcare preferred
• Must work well under pressure
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge
• Familiar with Microsoft Office * 10-key operation by touch
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: Up to $14.00 per hour

Job Duties:
• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
