Lead Controls Programmer and Controls TECHNICIAN(S)
The ideal applicant will exhibit the following traits:
• 3+ years experience in HVAC controls installation, start-up, operation and maintenance a plus+.
• Hands-on technician for service, checkout, programming, and startup of large & small scale control systems for HVAC equipment in commercial buildings.
• Programming experience is required but good PC computer skills are.
• The ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking and a passion for integrated design to the position.
• Experience with Distech Controls™ a plus+.
• BACnet, Niagra / Tridium experience / certification a plus+.
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files.
• Turns in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Provides technical support to customers on assigned projects.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
• May have equivalent combination of education and experience.
