Ferlita Engineering, Inc. is a Civil & Structural Engineering firm based in the Tampa Bay Area for well over 25 years. We are currently looking for an upbeat Customer Service Rep Rock Star to join our fantastic team!
As a member of the Customer Service Rep team, you will be assisting customers, both online and on the phone, with their accounts and questions. You will be processing invoices, providing help with invoices, trouble-shooting and more.

What You Need to Have:
Ability to talk and type at the same time
Type >30 wpm with 100% accuracy (there will be a typing test!)
Outstanding customer service!
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
Out-going and upbeat!
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Dependability – you must be punctual and reliable
Grace under pressure – this is a busy, fast-paced job
Previous Customer Service Rep experience preferred
