As the Training Manager, you will help develop and administer training programs for team members, execute daily impacts and organize information for our automotive client Express Glass. The training manager helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee leaders on team
• Meet with clients and prospective customers
• Train in Product knowledge
• Handle customer information
• Help with on boarding
Qualifications:
• Bachelors preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional Experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Organization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week
