Looking for Gold Key Care Service Technicians – Florida based positions available for qualified applicants for the following locations: State Wide.
This is an hourly rate employment opportunity ($13/$15 depending on experience)

· Successful candidates must have
· A good driving record
· Ability to travel over night (daily and weekly projects)
· Ability to communicate with customers
· Construction experience in repair and installation of (framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, etc.)
· Ability to walk, climb and lift loads of at least 70 lbs.
· Must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical
· Must be age of 21 or older
Duties include:
· Trim-out of homes at customer site
· Application of drywall and texture
· Plumbing, electrical, flooring, repair and installation
· Complete final inspection with customer to determine any additional repairs
· Maintain truck and tools in working order
· Maintain work records and logs
· Work weeks of 50 to 60 hours (OT paid after 40)
