Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and mechanical industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Luxury Pool Installation Specialist in Tampa, Florida .
Luxury Pool Installation Specialist Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Luxury Pool Installation Specialist is between $55,000 and $70,000 depending on experience and presentation in interviews, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Luxury Pool Installation Specialist Duties & Responsibilities
• Design and install of luxury outdoor living areas to include: pools, kitchens, audio/visual, and automation
• Meet with customers in the field to identify immediate and long-term needs, communicating an understanding of client requests and potential challenges
• Responsible for full life-cycle of projects to include; pre-estimation, mapping and installation
• Responsible for high level of customer service
• Oversee and lead the installation and required labor force
• Responsible for all necessary repairs
• Provide all closeout documentation as needed
• Follow up with customer to ensure all expectations have been met and measure overall performance satisfaction
Luxury Pool Installation Specialist Qualifications
• 5+ years specialized experience on low voltage projects, including but not limited to: CCTV, fire alarm, audio/video, pool equipment and automation
• Hard bid & design build commercial electrical projects, specifically outdoor living
• Certifications for; Jandy/Zodiac, Pentair or Hayward
• Licensed Journeyman preferred
• Estimating experience, a plus
• Experience managing low-voltage installation teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as team environment
• Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image
