TREATMENT COORDINATOR NEEDED FOR BUSY ORTHODONTIC PRACTICE
State of the art orthodontic practice seeks a SUPERSTAR team member to join our team. We are looking for a goal-oriented person who can work independently and efficiently manage a busy schedule making excellent patient care the top priority.
**Flexible schedule required - hours may vary
Job responsibilities include:
• Scheduling and attending Zoom consultations for new patients
• Educating patients and parents on the recommended orthodontic treatment
• Managing a virtual schedule and effectively communicating with team and patients
• Documenting all required information and maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Discussing treatment fees, insurance benefits and payment plan options
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
• Excellent phone and computer skills
• Sales experience
• Dependable / Superior work ethic
• Positive attitude / Team oriented
• Great attention to details
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Compensation: Based on experience
